Life Between The Lines – An Essay of 2002 Lyrics

Travelers - The Art of Seth

A visionary, vision is scary, could start a revolution. They love to tell you to stay inside the lines, but something’s better on the other side. Realize the sun doesn’t go down, it’s just an illusion caused by the world spinning round.

Take a seat, take your life, plot it out in black and white. Live right, just be yourself. I know right now you can’t tell, it doesn’t matter if it’s good enough for someone else. Just try your best, try everything you can, and don’t you worry what they tell themselves when you’re away. If the bright lights don’t receive you, you should turn yourself around and come on home.

Forget the cage, because we know how to make the key. Suddenly we’re free to fly. Feel the rush, feel the spice of life. You’re going to get whatever you need. With no reprise, the sun will rise, the long day is over.

If you could have a simple love, how would it feel and what would it mean? How long must you wait for it? There goes the fear again. Let it go. There’s nothing to fear. You can’t stop the feeling, there is no reason. Try to forget what’s in the past. Some people are good.

Time is a valuable thing. Watch it fly by as the pendulum swings. Watch it count down to the end of the day. The clock ticks life away.

We were friends at first sight, in the 7-11 light. Welcome to the real world she said to me, condescendingly. I’m really lucky underneath it all. And you’re really lovely underneath it all. We’re gonna dance all night to this DJ.

No one can stop us now cause we’re all made of stars. You’re a song written by the hands of God. Don’t ask for more.
